Our Psychosocial recovery coaches provide support to clients with psychosocial disability so that they are able to live a fulfilling life. Clients are assisted to take more control of their lives so that they are able to better manage complex challenges of day-today living.
Recovery Coaches will work collectively with clients, their families, carers and supports to design, implement and adjust a recovery plan. They also collaborate with the broader service system and assist with the coordination of NDIS and other supports.
