Our mission at Insight Mental Health and Dual Disability is to deliver genuine and authentic care because we CARE. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service and have made a complaint, we will take this seriously and take action to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

If you have provided us with your details, we will contact you to acknowledge your complaint and ensure we understand the issue. Following this, we will involve you in the resolution process and keep you updated on any actions taken to address the situation to your satisfaction. If you are making a complaint on behalf of a participant or if they are affected by the issue you have raised, we will include them in the resolution process in an appropriate way that meets their needs.
